智通财经APP获悉，据港交所披露，3月20日，AGX Group Limited向港交所创业板递交上市申请，南华金融集团为其独家保荐人。

AGX集团有限公司的总部设于马来西亚，是一间综合物流服务供应商，集中于空运代理服务。其最大的客户为于马来西亚证交所主板上市的领先低成本航空营运商，于往绩记录期间为该集团的收益总额贡献分别约24.9%、22%及32%。

为支持客户的国际业务需要，AGX通过设立及运作分支办事处，同时成为若干国际货运代理及物流网络的成员，将覆盖范围延伸至东南亚四个国家发展，分别为马来西亚、菲律宾、新加坡及缅甸。

四大营运国的整体货运代理市场高度分散，预计共有逾15000间综合物流及/或货运代理公司于该等国家营运。截至2017年12月31日止年度，该集团来自其货运代理分部的收益占四大营运国的货运代理市场之总市场收益约0.05%。
AGX的收益由截至2016年12月31日止年度约1870万美元增加约610万美元或32.6%至截至2017年12月31日止年度约2480万美元。收益进一步增加约260万美元或10.4%至截至2018年12月31日止年度约2740万美元。

该集团年内溢利由截至2016年12月31日止年度约140万美元减少约130万美元或93.5%至截至2017年12月31日止年度约89000美元。截至2018年12月31日止年度的年内溢利增长约50万美元或585.5%至约60万美元，该增幅乃主要由于毛利增长，而部分毛利乃被增加的行政开支抵销。
