<匯港通訊> 新加坡資訊科技公司安科系統(08353)計劃以配售方式於創業板上市，配售1億股，有15%超額配股權，每股配售價介乎0.71-0.91元，凱基金融亞洲為獨家保薦人，股份預期12月16日上市，每手3000股。
以配售價中位0.81元計，公司自配售所得淨額約6030萬元，約0.8%用於收購及建立數據中心基礎設施；約16.9%用於提升及拓展產品種類；約22.9%用於加強銷售及營銷力度，及鞏固品牌及產品形象；約23.8%用於收購國外公司；約29.7%用於設立製造、裝配及檢測廠房；約5.9%用作集團的一般營運資金。 (ST

截至本公告日期，本集團仍在總結其相關期間業績。本公告所載資料僅基於董事會經參考其目前可得資料
對本集團綜合管理賬目作出之初步評估，而非依據經本公司核數師審核或審閱並經董事會審核委員會審閱
