路透11月1日電---據湯森路透旗下IFR報導，世紀能源計劃最快於下週四赴港交所參加上市聆訊，擬募集資金不超過2億美元。
該公司初步決定在通過聆訊後將開始推介，但路演時間表則要視投資者反應而定。
世紀能源位於山西省，主要進行熱能煤和焦煤的開採。法巴(BNPP.PA: 行情)、工銀國際和摩根士丹利(MS.N: 行情)負責安排是次交易。(完)

Century Energy, a thermal and coking coal-miner in Shanxi, is looking to raise up to US$200m through a Hong Kong listing. The company plans to seek SEHK approval in October at the earliest, and hopes to complete the transaction before the end of the year. BNP Paribas, ICBC International and Morgan Stanley are arranging the deal.
