The Allan announcement doesn't say who owns the vendors, but our research shows that they are wholly-owned subsidiaries of CSI Properties (0497). As the price is more than 5% of CSI Properties' market cap, this should have been a Discloseable Transaction for CSI Properties, but it has not announced the sale.
