GS(14)@2011-07-30 16:27:26In the last year, Mr Zeman attended only 3 out of 9 Board meetings, 2 out of 5 Audit Committee meetings, and missed the AGM. Shareholders obviously judge him to be too busy to justify his position.
上一年，盛智文先生在9個董事局會議中，只是參加了3個，5個審計委員會中，只是參加2個，另外亦無在股東會出現。股東很明顯認為他因為太忙不能履行職務。
