Webb-site filed a complaint that the results announcement on 20-Jul failed to comment on trading since the 31-Mar year-end and prospects, breaching the Listing Rules. On 21-Jul, the company released this information to the media which should have been announced to the market in the proper way. This is selective disclosure - all companies please note: results announcements must include current trading and prospects, and if you have something price-sensitive to say, then announce it properly.
