【上水回憶】消夜熱點上海小館1月1日光榮結業

GS(14)@2018-01-07 16:18:19近年各區食店結業頻頻，這間屹立於上水廿多年的上海菜館，是北區人的回憶，店舖由何先生與太太於1990年開業，在同一個舖位做了超過27年，裝修一切從簡，近日對外宣佈做到2018年1月1日便正式榮休結業，令到很多街坊不捨，也趕緊在這幾日一嚐回憶這味道。
店舖起初開業時間由早上10時至凌晨1時，沙士期間因生意慘淡而於晚上10時起增設特價區，成功吸引了不少街坊捧場，度過難關，亦漸漸成為街坊消夜的好去處。但早年因兩人太疲累，已把經營時間改為凌晨零時正收舖。記者致電予何太太，她指：「工作時間特別長，捱了好多年，今年我與先生都50幾歲，三個仔囡都大了，係時間停一停，可算是榮休了。」其二今年的租約需加幾萬元，與家人商討後，還倒不如光榮結業。

店舖最有名的是醉雞、小籠包、酸辣湯、上海粗炒和火腿津白等招牌上海菜，老闆娘指儘管有不捨，但這幾天客人紛紛到場支持並要店與她拍照留念，令她感到欣慰和滿足，並感謝長年老街坊光顧支持，相信亦是他們多年來努力的成果。上海小館上水馬會道176號記者：吳業紅
