作者 Mohnish Pabari在書中介紹了這本書：
Fortune Formula： The Untold Story of the Scientific Betting System That Beat the Casinos and Wall Street。

於是一看完The Dhadho Investor，便看這書，書内提到的Kelly Formula肯定改變我以後分配資金的方法。

Kelly Formula 激發了另一位奇人Edward O. Thorp創出打敗賭場的一種數牌法，就是令賭場怕了他，改變游戲規則的那位，它的另一書Beat the Dealer: A Winning Strategy for the Game of Twenty-One也是在我要看的名單内。（如果閣下是有效市場的擁躉，大可不必理會這兩本書）

有趣的是他們發現贏賭場錢實在要冒太大的生命風險（不是贏輸風險，贏了錢無命使，這個你懂的），然后改到生命風險小得多的股票市場，純靠數學就可以大賺錢。

孤陋寡聞的我從不知有Kelly Formula，但發現其實在2014年個人的資金比重分配，極之像它談及的分配的結果，而那年全年回報達到35%，也可以說Kelly Formula是一种非常有效的資金調配法。

筆者希望未來可以再有2014年的成績，雖然知道幸運佔很大的比重，但仍對這領域有寄望。 Kelly Formula 内其中一個重要元素是雜音，剛好價值法對過濾雜音非常有效，所以筆者相信價值法和Kelly Formula應該是互相呼應的。

另外筆者的價值投資班並未有談及資金分配的問題，下一班第十班，我一定增加Kelly Formula資金分配這課。有興趣的朋友請耐心等候。

而全書像說故事，由Al Capone時代的黑幫生活年頭說起，也非常有趣和易讀，甚至有像看荷理活史詩式電影感覺。

交易方面，我繼續出貨，今天把慶鈴和創新高0.6元川河沽出，連同股息，川河兩年帶給差不多100%囘報，更高興是川河在2015年筆者的第一班價值投資班開始談，直至到九班的同學的見証下的實盆投資而不是一個Back Test或後見之明。

之前聽聞Ben Graham在哥林比亞大學堂上的股票分析往往令學生獲利，因爲價值股出名喜愛調皮游盪，雖然它們早晚會歸來，但很小短時間出現，那時我覺得偶像真的是神人。於是自己也質疑渺小的我以他的名子開班，是否過了頭，但很多事情正如肥彭所說一樣，做自己應做的事，然後祈禱。

希望以此和各同學一起互勉！

沽下沽下，原來已經套了十多個%的資金，現組合已經平了本年的新高，我希望在餘下的3個星期，可以再接近一點偶像BRK-A的本年成績。

再有新股上市申請被監管機構「打回頭」！香港交易所(00388)網站資料顯示，新加坡自動化泊車系統供應商及維修商SSSE Limited，其上市申請於今年十月三十日被發回，為港交所實施「貼堂制」後，第7家主板新股申請人被「打回頭」。

「貼堂制」後第7家
資料顯示，SSSE Limited於今年十月十九日向港交所提交上市申請，擬於主板上市，保薦人為域高融資。SSSE Limited是新加坡知名泊車系統供應商，佔新加坡市場份額約40%左右，上市集資所得擬用於擴充人手、購置物業及額外小型客貨車等。

連同SSSE Limited在內，這已是港交所自一四年四月初實施「貼堂制」後，第7家主板新股申請人被「打回頭」。

所謂「貼堂制」，是指保薦人在提交上市申請時，其申請版本會隨即上載到港交所網站，若上市申請不能通過初檢，港交所將會退回其上市申請，公司及保薦人的名稱連同發回日期將會被「貼堂」，即登載在港交所披露易網站。

一經「貼堂」，名字將不會剔除。發回日期是指被港交所或香港證監會發回申請的日期，而覆核發回申請決定的所有程序已完成或提出覆核的時限已過。
