但為何今天你要借殼中信21(241)入股呢?
文件說會由阿里巴巴注入若干補充業務，或其他形式的合作。這即是說明會注入新業務。阿里巴巴龐大業務產業注資，可見必定會成為該公司的旗艦上市公司。最後阿里巴巴還是要來香港而放棄其他地區上市，連新加坡這類較低上市要求的地區也沒有考慮。
近期阿里巴巴動作挺多，由餘額寶到借殼上市都涉及到財技應用。阿里巴巴曾上市但最後私有化，現在再借殼上市可謂是互聯網公司當中財技玩得最絕和最頻繁，但股民對它既愛又恨，因為既可以炒上但又怕被大股東成為他們的點心。
來港上市對阿里巴巴始終是最後和最好的目的地，在政治環境、經濟環境都是適合該公司落腳。但是阿里巴巴母公司現行自有的合伙人制度，如何能夠在香港上市的規條下運作，這是該公司甚至是聯交所最大的問題。早前李小加暗示說香港或者有創新制度，但沒有說明是什麼創新，那是否引入所謂阿的合伙人制度呢?但是從營運過程中，馬雲對公司的主導權，使其他股東確實引起了很大的爭議，這些是眾所周知。現在來港上市，馬雲的作風會否對本港股民同樣的「待遇」嗎?這是難以預料。
國內龐大的企業，最終還是要來港上市，這是代表著什麼?相信都是不言而喻。
但從這事說明做人不要說得這麼絕，馬雲，你是知道的。

GS(14)@2012-03-06 23:27:58AIG行政總裁 Robert Benmosche上月中接受外電訪問時，還表示年內會考慮如何處理手上的 33%友邦股權，並煞有介事指出，其中一個方案是增持股權至 51%，令公司可以名正言順，重新把友邦的賬目，以附屬公司的形式綜合至 AIG的賬目內，令 AIG的業績不用再將友邦的股權以市價入賬，從而減少對 AIG盈利造成的波動。

(Reuters) - American International Group Inc (AIG.N) will take its time on deciding the future of its investment in Asian insurer AIA Group (1299.HK), AIG Chief Executive Bob Benmosche said on Wednesday.
Benmosche, speaking at a Bank of America Merrill Lynch insurance conference, said one option would be to raise AIG's one-third stake in AIA to 51 percent, in order to decrease the volatility that affects AIG's results every quarter.

NEW YORK, March 4, 2012 — American International Group, Inc. (NYSE: AIG) announced today that it has commenced a sale of ordinary shares of AIA Group Limited (AIA) by means of a placing to certain institutional investors. AIG expects the pricing of the placing to occur no later than March 6, 2012.
AIG expects to use the net proceeds from the placing of AIA ordinary shares to reduce the balance due to the U.S. Department of the Treasury (Treasury) on Treasury’s preferred equity interest in the special purpose vehicle through which AIG holds the AIA ordinary shares.

GS(14)@2012-03-06 23:32:51事實上， AIG手上的剩餘友邦股份，早就用作抵押品，友邦 2010年上市的目的，正是讓 AIG賣股集資千億元還債，當年 AIG便賣掉了友邦 67%股權。
